Cosmetic surgery for the skin in Worcester

We all gather a few lumps or tags on our skin. Anything new should be checked but these lesions are usually harmless and can be left alone unless you find them unsightly or annoying.

We use three methods to remove benign skin lesions at the Reshape and Restore clinic in Worcester. These are:

  • Excision (for lumps which require also require removal of surrounding tissue)
  • Cutter ( for lesions that protrude from the surface of the skin)
  • Cryotherapy (which freezes lesions to remove them)

All these procedures can be undertaken under local anaesthetic so they will not require an overnight stay.

About Worcester

Worcester is an ancient cathedral city and the county town of Worcestershire. The River Severn runs along the west side of the city. Worcester is historically significant as the site of the Battle of Worcester in 1651, which marked the defeat of King Charles’s forces by Oliver Cromwell’s New Model Army. There has been a place of worship on the site of Worcester Cathedral since 680, with the current cathedral being finished in the 12th Century. Other historical buildings of interest in the city include Greyfriars’ House and Garden, the Tudor House Museum and the guildhall Worcester. The city has easy access to the beautiful countryside, and the Worcester Woods Country Park is well worth a visit.
